I have been very lucky and fortunate to represent and sell some wonderful vehicles and appointments.  Below you will find pictures of just a few of these pieces.

As we all know, there any many options to choose from when purchasing an antique.  I would like to thank everyone who chose to buy their carriage, wagon or appointment from me.  I hope the piece exceeded any expectations that you had.

fiske_catalog_1Appointment: J.W. Fiske Stable Fixtures catalog
Condition: Perfect (possibly new old stock)
Title: Stable Fixtures in iron, brass, bronze and aluminum

The catalog has 72 pages and details the items that would have been used in the finest coach houses.


Vehicle: Delivery bobsleigh
Condition: Original condition

Utilitarian artwork in original condition is the easiest way to describe this sleigh.

I have written in the description of other appointments that I look for pieces that are a combination of form and function. This blanket bar is the pinnacle of that description.

This well respected book teaches us many important things about the coach horn.  This includes the different types of horns, and the ways to tell them apart.

In my imagination, I believe Mr. Brewster had a sign hanging on his office wall that said, “A Brewster is art that copies no one.”

Vehicle: Curtain Rockaway on perch
Builder: Henderson Bros.  No. Cambridge
Condition: Very good with gorgeous interior.

Every carriage collector or museum should have a rockaway.  With a little imagination you can picture an American family using the carriage to move around town, going to church, or taking care of any matters that pop up.

Builder: Studebaker. New York
Condition: Factory Original

Big time style at a very affordable price is the easiest way to describe this carriage.
